For the past few years I've been trying to break through my panic attacks when I see something that triggers me. So one day Bill asked me to do this one exercise. I was super skeptical about it and decided to give it a shot. The next day I saw one of my triggers and immediately changed my thought to my 150 lbs dog wearing a hat and red clown nose lol.
